Change Management

Within P2i Service Area Change Management we plan, initiate, realize, control, and finally stabilize change processes on both, corporate and personal level.  

Change is the continuous adoption of corporate strategies and structures to changing external conditions. Today, change is not the exception but a steady ongoing process. Change management comprises both, revolutionary one-off projects and evolutionary transformations.  

To be successful, change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. These aspects are especially relevant to managing personal change. Before starting an organizational change management process, we have to agree upon and define:

  • What do we want to achieve with this change, why, and how will we know that the change has been achieved?
  • Who is affected by this change, and how will they react to it?
  • How much of this change can the organization achieve by themselves, and what parts of the change do they need help with?
